How far away is the reception from the church?

Answer

Cottonwood ranch is only about 15 min. from St. John’s!

What should I wear?

Answer

We thank you for being respectful of the fact that the wedding will be in a Catholic Church :) Please also keep in mind however that our reception is outdoors and weather might be warm. Ladies I (Chiara ;) would recommend not to wear very high heels or uncomfortable shoes as there is gravel surrounding the reception venue!

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

We would love for you to RSVP by July 20th. We are praying all of you can make it to share this incredibly special day with us!!

Are plus ones and children invited?

Answer

When you rsvp, anyone in your family (or plus one) who IS invited will be listed and given the option to RSVP. Although we would’ve loved to include everyone we are grateful for the ones who can come :)

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Yes yes yes, please do!!! We do ask however that you refrain from taking pictures while in the church to be respectful of Our Lord’s presence.

Will there be a time gap between your wedding and reception?

Answer

We hope to plan the day to be as fluid and easy as possible for both the bridal party and our guests. There will be a Cocktail Hour at our reception venue for our guests before the bridal party arrives to allow for pictures to be taken after the wedding.

Registry and gifts?

Answer

We are so happy just to have you be present at our wedding, we are blessed with a truly incredible community! Gifts are accepted very gratefully and all the information for our registry and where to send gifts is on the “Registry” page of our website. There will be a box for cards and honeymoon fund available at the reception :)

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

We are SO excited to have Fireside Pizza provide our dinner of brick oven sourdough crust pizza!!! All their ingredients are sourced locally and they will be making all the pizzas on site. We will also have charcuterie and appetizers for during cocktail hour:)
