When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Thank you in advance for sending your RSVP before [RSVP deadline]. You can mail back the card enclosed in your invitation or simply RSVP right here on our wedding website.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

Answer

While we love children, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is black-tie formal. For Men: A well-fitted tuxedo in black or midnight blue, with a white dress shirt, black bow tie, black dress socks, and black shoes. A cummerbund or waistcoat is optional. Women: An evening or floor-length gown, with high heels, fine jewelry, a shawl, and a clutch.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

80 degrees with humidity. If you choose to go to one of the excursions on the volcano or mountains, bring a light jacket as it may get cold!

Where is the ceremony & reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are located in the same venue, Cajamarca. This venue is located on top of a volcano, which will take 30-45 minutes to reach.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes!

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes. We have selected 2 hotels we highly recommend to stay: Hilton San Salvador, & Hyatt Centric San Salvador. Hotel rates is to be determined

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel on the day of the wedding?

Answer

There will be a transportation to the venues from the hotels. The venue is located on a volcano, which takes 30-45 minutes to drive up the volcano. We will only offer transportation to the venue & leave from the hotels 1 hour before the wedding ceremony starts. We will have the transportation bus take guests home starting at 10 pm, 11pm, & 12am, & 1 am.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/post on social media?

Answer

While we would love a phone-free ceremony, cocktail hour & reception are welcome to take pictures & posts on social media!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by charcuterie boards, and an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.

What food will be served & what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will be serving 2 selections of either chicken or steak with hot and cold entrees. There will be vegetarian option of course. If you have further restrictions please text Annette 925-785-8844

We expect the reception to end 12:30 am.

Should I bring a gift to your destination wedding?

Answer

Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! But if you would like to still send a gift, we will be posting a honeymoon/new home fund on this website

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our honeymoon fund/newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found here
