The Wedding Website of Keevs Keevy and Seb Matheson
Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by 15 December 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive from 3:30 onwards, please take your seat by 3:50pm. Ceremony will begin at 4pm.

Question

Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

The venue is Bona Dea, it is in a gated estate towards the start of the Hemel en Aarde Valley. The address is in the event details, there are signs off the Hemel en Aarde road and this will lead you to the gates of the venue.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available, we do suggest organising a taxi or uber home. There are signs which will lead you to the parking.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are going formal! Enjoy getting spruced up in your ties and beautiful dresses. No sneakers please!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

As we are limited on numbers, we can only accommodate partners who have been specifically invited. Thank you for celebrating with us and understanding our guest list limitations.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While our wedding will primarily be an adults-only celebration, a small number of close family children will be joining us for the ceremony and canapés before being taken to a separate area where they will be supervised. If you are struggling to make alternative arrangements for your children, please feel free to contact us. We understand that for some guests, especially those whose usual babysitters may also be attending the wedding, it can be tricky to arrange childcare, and we will do our best to assist where possible.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones away during the ceremony and enjoy the moment with us. There will be plenty of time for photos afterward.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift (seriously, not expecting gifts), but if you insist on buying a gift, please visit our registry page.

Question

What's the deal with transport?

Answer

We will not be organising transport to and from the venue. As guests are staying at a variety of different accommodation options, we feel arranging transport would likely cause unnecessary delays (something we’ve seen happen before!). We recommend coordinating with other guests staying at the same accommodation where possible, and pre-booking taxis or Ubers for a smooth and stress-free evening. These are the taxi companies we suggest: Cabbies: 0606235221 Tuktuk: 0846885885

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors, and what should I expect for the weather?

Answer

As we’re getting married in March in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley, we’re hoping for warm, sunny weather during the day, with cooler evenings as the sun sets. That said, the weather can be unpredictable, so we’ll all just have to see what the day brings! We recommend bringing something warm for later in the evening. We are planning for an outdoor ceremony and canapés, with the reception taking place indoors. In the event of rain, we will adapt and move the ceremony and/or canapés indoors so everything can still run smoothly and comfortably.
