Question

What are the current COVID-19 precautions being taken?

Answer

Currently, The Grove is operating at 50% capacity which is a total of 75 guests. The benches located at the ceremony site have all been spaced out to allow for guests to easily socially distance. There will be multiple hand sanitizer stations located throughout. At the reception all guest tables will be spaced out to 6' apart and all food & drinks will be served by our Bartender & Cater (all staff will be wearing masks). Due to Texas ordinances, we are asking our guests to please bring a mask. We will also have some extras for anyone who forgets theirs. All guests are asked to wear a face covering when social distancing is not feasible and while getting food or drink items from the buffet, bar as well as during open dancing. The health and safety of our family and friends is our top priority so if you are not feeling well please stay home and don't hesitate to let us know.

Which airport should we use to fly in for the wedding?

Answer

Both of the airports are roughly 22 miles from the hotel, so you can look at both Love and DFW.

Are children invited to the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

No. Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Please use our wedding as a date night! Our ring barer will be the only kid in attendance. Please consider him our VIP!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list due to capacity reasons. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only so we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are requesting no phones are present at the ceremony. We have TWO wonderful photographers who will be capturing the moment and we want you to be fully present! Please don't ruin the magic by sitting behind a phone screen! ​ However, please snap away the rest of the evening! We encourage guests to post pictures onto their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #shesaidseay so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
