Charlie and Emma love this spot on Main Street for delicious burgers, drinks, and great atmosphere.
Kenosha is a wonderful spot for an afternoon drink and delicious BBQ!
Breck Brewery is a fantastic local brewery on Main Street. Prior to going gf, Emma’s favorite Breck Brew was the Avalanche Ale, while Charlie loves their Vanilla Porter. It’s a great spot with great beer. You’ve probably seen Charlie rocking some of their merch!
Charlie and Emma have spent countless hours walking up and down Main Street. There are a wide range of shops and boutiques (we recommend The Mountain Goat Clothing Co.), restaurants, and coffee shops. Additionally, you can find sculptures, gardens, and beautiful river walks. Spend as much or as little time as you wish.
Rent a boat and see Lake Dillon the right way! Dillon Reservior is a man-made reservoir nestled in between Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckenridge. While swimming in the reservoir is not permitted, renting a boat is a beautiful way to take in the sites of the area.
Breckenridge and the surrounding areas have fantastic options for hiking at all levels. Charlie and Emma recommend Sapphire Point Loop, Pence Miller to Cucumber Gulch, Sawmill Reservoir, and Minnie Mine Loop, but all hiking in the area will provide you with beautiful views and a great time. Please check hiking details on AllTrails to ensure you find a hike that fits your interests and activity level.
If you are renting a car, Independence Pass is a beautiful viewpoint about an hour and a half from Breckenridge. Originally known as Hunter Pass, is a high mountain pass in central Colorado. It is at elevation 12,095 ft on the Continental Divide in the Sawatch Range of the Rocky Mountains. The pass is midway between Aspen and Twin Lakes, on the border between Pitkin and Lake counties.
