BNA is the closest airport with a travel time of twenty minutes to and from the hotels by Uber, Lyft, or rental.
Attire for the reception is semi-formal.
Sequins and or "80's prom attire" is strongly encourged but not required...ref "Events"
Hotel check-in is at 2pm with check-out at 12pm.
Possible to request a late check-out per your individual preference at your hotel.
Breakfast provided at each hotel every morning. Please ascertain times at your particular hotel.
