Are kids invited?

Answer

Feel free to bring your kids, please let us know if you'll need a high chair at dinner. If you'd like to take the night off (you deserve it!), our venue coordinator provided a list of local sitters which we can share upon request.

Is there transportation provided for guests who choose not to stay at the Claybrook?

Answer

This will depend on how many guests are staying at one of the affiliate properties (Sugarbush Inn or Sugar Lodge). Stay tuned for an update here as we learn more about where folks are staying.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be there by 3:45pm as we will begin promptly at 4pm. We'll provide beverages to keep you occupied.

Are the wedding events inside or outside?

Answer

Friday - Welcome Party is inside. Saturday - Ceremony is outside, Cocktail Hour will be inside/outside, Reception is inside. Sunday - Brunch is inside. We will have fire pits and some blankets to keep you toasty during outdoors time!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It's Vermont so it could be warm and sunny, cloudy and chilly, or snowy/rainy (in which case all events will be indoors). Keep an eye on the weather as we approach the event!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

We have a talented photographer whom we trust, but if you feel so inclined to take photos or videos, please ensure your device is on SILENT and the flash is OFF.
