Honestly, do you! DelMonte is a beautiful venue on the canal, summer dresses, khakis and button ups or nice polos are great. You can also wear the tux or ball gown if you’re a diva.
Considering the time of day, and factoring in our vibe, we will be having some heavy hand passed hors d’Oeuvres, light fares, and light dessert. It’s possible you may leave hungry if you are expecting a full meal. We tried to keep it between mealtimes so no one felt duped. We also want you to freely explore for a nice dinner in Pittsford or just take it back home for a nice cooked Sunday dinner!
We are born again Christians, made new in Christ and we chose to leave a life behind us when we chose to follow Jesus. We understand people may enjoy drinks, so a bar will be available for alcoholic purchases since we do not condemn those who choose to drink. We just don’t feel led to financially support something we don’t participate in! Enjoy non-alcoholic drinks on us.
Nope! No special events are happening following the ceremony. We will spend a brief time taking some photos but then the time will be spent just hanging out with our loved ones. Outdoor games, light music, and possibly a first dance is on our agenda.
Our photographer has been asked specifically to do documentary style photos. Meaning nothing posed, no group photos, etc. please kindly leave our photographer to follow the instructions we have provided and do not interrupt and ask for photos. Also, she’s the brides little sister and we really want her to enjoy her time with us, too! There will be a photo area for personal photos to catch you in your ballgown, diva.
