- Transportation will be provided by us from Telluride to Ouray! - Transportation will be provided by us to and from the wedding! The shuttle service will pick you up from your hotels, bring you to the wedding, and then bring you back to your hotel at the end of the night. The wedding venue is at the VERY top (10,000ft elevation) of the mountain so special vehicles are required to get up there lol. Plus you get to enjoy the night without worry of driving after! - You will need to arrange transport yourselves from the airport to your hotel in Telluride (FRIDAY) and then from your hotel in Ouray back to the airport (TUESDAY). -We recommend the shuttle company Tellurides. There are options for private or shared shuttles. The shared shuttles are much cheaper and you will most likely be grouped with other people traveling for the wedding. https://tellurides.com/

Mostly outdoors! We want to enjoy every minute of the beautiful Colorado fall weather and panoramic mountain views.
September in Telluride/Ouray will be cool & crisp with sunny days and chilly nights. Expected temperature : highs in upper 60s and lows in the mid 30s. This will also be the prime time of year to view the changing of the leaves and beautiful fall foliage colors!
- Cocktail attire for welcome dinner party - Formal/semi-formal attire for wedding - Athleisure wear/lounge wear. - Casual daytime outfits. - Jacket/coat - temperature drops low into the evening/night. - Hiking clothes/shoes (if interested), tennis shoes should do just fine as well. - Swimsuit & coverup - The Peaks has a wonderful heated pool with multiple hot tubs & saunas.
Your presence is the greatest gift of all! We know that traveling to celebrate us is a large ask, but it will not go unnoticed! We are so appreciative and will be forever grateful. However, if you'd like to contribute to our honeymoon or future home, we will link a registry soon.
Feel free to text either one of us (Sean & Mia)!
We are still working on the detailed plans, but do have a few things already set! There is so much to look forward to! The wedding itself (Monday) will be atop the picturesque San Juan Mountains (10,000ft elevation) with surrounding panoramic views. Hopefully we will get to experience the beautiful fall foliage while there too. The welcome party (Saturday night) is our way to thank you all for traveling to celebrate us, and to have everyone meet and mingle! Good food, good drinks, and great company! We will also explore the beautiful towns of Telluride & Ouray and ride the gondola, which goes up and over the highest mountain peak. A day at the spa, hiking, mountain biking, swimming (pools & hot tubs at resort), and visiting the local hot springs are also possibilities.
