Transfers

Complimentary airport transportation includes one private round-trip transfer per room reservation between Cancun International Airport and Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres. To qualify, reservations must be booked directly through The Excellence Collection’s official website or reservations center for a suite-only stay of at least three nights. Please note that all guests staying under the same room reservation must arrive and depart together in order to use the included transfer service. Airport transportation is not included for reservations booked under the “Suite + Flight” package option. After completing your booking, please contact transfers@seasonstours.com to arrange your free airport transfers.

For travel to Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, we recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (CUN). A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico, and per the U.S. State Department’s recommendation, your passport should remain valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
