Sean and Victoria met while at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He met her briefly at his fraternity house one night in the Fall of 2014, but only had the chance to exchange a few words before they each went on their own way. Weeks later, he went to one of his friend's birthday parties, where by chance he saw her once again. They quickly hit it off, and he was smart enough to ask for her phone number this time. After a week of joking via text, Sean asked her out on a date to a small little restaurant near campus, "Donna's." As they sat down to order, he decided on a burger. Ordering it medium well with lettuce, cheddar cheese, onions, and NO tomatoes - Vic quickly realized...it was HER burger order! It was the PERFECT burger! That immediate spark of connection, love of travel, and passion for helping others was soon lit, starting with Sean's thoughtful condiment choices. Four years and 8 months later, Sean knelt down on one knee while on a joint family vacation in Surf City, NC and proposed, reading Vic a poem he had written four years prior, only a few months after their first date. He had always known she was his person.

We are so excited to welcome everyone to South Florida for our wedding next January. Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Deering Estate in Miami, FL on January 22th, 2022.
