Hotel Thaynes is offering a discounted rate and will be releasing room blocks in increments of 10. We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure the lowest rate possible. Rooms will book fast! You can cancel up to 48 hours before the reservation if anything changes. PLEASE NOTE: The wedding shuttles will pick up and drop off at Hotel Thaynes. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you can still take the wedding shuttles, but will need to meet at Hotel Thaynes. Shuttles will depart Hotel Thaynes at 3:30pm.

If you are traveling with a group, Airbnb can be a good option! If you want a place closer to things to do and our Welcome Events, we recommend finding a rental in or around Park City. If you prefer to be closer to the venue itself, you can find a rental in Midway. No matter where you choose, keep in mind the wedding shuttles will pick up and drop off at Hotel Thaynes. There will also be an afterparty at the bars on Main Street Park City.

Shuttle from Hotel Thaynes to the Wedding

Shuttles will depart at 3:30pm from Hotel Thaynes. At the end of the night, there will be an early shuttle around 9:30pm back to the Hotel Thaynes. The last shuttle will be at 11pm and drop off at Main Street Park City.

Park City Public Transit

There is a public bus system in Park City that is free and convenient to get around town! If you are staying at Hotel Thaynes, there is a bus route that picks up right in the back of the hotel (Green 2). Please see the link to see all the routes you can take!
