Sean Waters and Suzanne Shuff met in 2011 Sean and Suzanne met on a fateful day in 2011 in a friend’s car on the way to the restaurant, Golden Chick. Over the course of the next year that friend group made a few trips to Golden Chick where Sean and Suzanne would see each other again. They would remain friends on social media and admired each other from afar and would see each other sparingly at concerts and social events. Through the next few years Sean and Suz both went their separate ways and did their own thing. They were reunited in 2015 when both of them would frequent the local waterholes in Denton, Texas. Getting to hang out again was a joy for both of them, however Sean would be painfully oblivious to the flirtatious remarks of Suzanne. In summer 2016 they decided to go get brunch in Deep Ellum and it turned into an adventure of museums, popsicles, and a carafe of mimosas on a rooftop bar. Sounds like a date, doesn’t it? However, neither of them were really sure if it was an actual date or not. A few months later in September, it became obvious to them that they both had feelings for each other. They went on their first real date on September 9th 2016. After a short time of courtship, they decided to get in a relationship in December 2016. Over the next four years their relationship blossomed. They moved in together, got their dog, Beamo, and bought a house while having a lot of laughs and good times along the way. And that’s where we are today! We are so glad that we get to share our love with y’all on our wedding day and wouldn’t have it any other way!
