The last day to confirm a room at the group rate of $169/$189 is Wednesday, August 20th 2025.  After this date, any rooms not reserved in the room block will return to the hotel’s inventory and the rate will no longer be guaranteed.  Any reservations made after this date may be subject to the daily Best Available Rate, which can be as high as $379.
