When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April, 1st 2026.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a black-tie event, so please come dressed in formal evening wear. For men, this means a tuxedo or a dark suit, and for women, an elegant evening gown.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests who will be driving themselves, there is parking available at the venue. When entering please let them know you are there for the Linnartz/ McCafferty wedding.

Are children Invited?

Answer

After much thought, we've decided to host an adults-only celebrations. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for your little ones. Our venues does not offer babysitting services but there are excellent companies in Newport that will come to your home, or room (Newport Nannies https://newportnannies.com). We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be held inside a tent. Please make sure to dress appropriately!
