We met on a dating website called Plenty of Fish. Sean was the first one that messaged me and I felt like I hit the jackpot! I accidentally gave him the wrong phone number, just one digit off. Thankfully he didn't give up and told me I gave him a "bum phone number." Once he had the right phone number, we planned our first date which ended up running 12 hours long. I had a lot of fun things planned for our date itinerary, I didn't want the night to end! Thinking back, a day long date sounds like a scene out of "how to lose a guy in 10 days," but here we are, getting married - I trapped him somehow! Sean has always been able to make me laugh, which is what I love the most about him. He never fails to make a bad day better just by being there. He's the most caring and compassionate person I've ever met and I can't wait to spend our lives together, with his dad jokes and all. 10-28-2016 On October 28th, 2016, Sean excitedly wanted to take me to the park. I had just gotten off work, was tired and just wanted to go home. He was so excited, I had to see what his surprise was. He had pulled out these sky lanterns and after he lit them up he asked me to look up, it read "will you be my girlfriend?" That was one of my happiest memories, until... He Proposed: 12-21-2019 On December 21st of 2019, Sean took me back to that same park but this time all of my closest friends were waiting. He walked me to that same spot where he'd asked me to be his girlfriend, this time with a candlelit walkway and rose petals in the shape of a heart where he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. This was the best day of my life! I can't wait to spend my days laughing and being goofy with you through all of life's ups and downs.
