Michelle and Sean grew up in the same town of Falmouth, and rode the same elementary school bus. They had similar friend groups in school and were a grade apart. They reconnected at an event that both their families attended. They then decided to meet up after Sean’s tennis match that week, and had their first date on July 3rd at Shipwrecked Restaurant in Falmouth. Michelle did not realize it was a date until the end of the night when Sean walked her to the car, and he stood there hoping to kiss her. But she awkwardly looked away, got in the car and shut the car door on him (true story lol). She went home and immediately reached out to him for another date. From that day forward, they built a strong relationship based on love, friendship, respect and deep admiration for one another. The rest is history…

Michelle and Sean bought a home in Falmouth this summer, and Sean proposed right before the closing. They walked through the house one last time before it was theirs, and Sean asked Michelle to take a look in a cabinet. Michelle opened the cabinet and the ring was sitting there in the box. Michelle awkwardly panicked and shut the cabinet door and kept walking. Sean told Michelle to go back to the cabinet, and he took the ring out and got down on his knee and proposed. She replied with an immediate YES before he even finished his sentence. Sean even had the listing agent there capturing the whole event with her camera phone.
