We got married!

We were so bummed that so many of our family and friends were not able to be included in our wedding day. We wanted to have a way to share some of what that special day held for us. By August 2019 we had all aspects of our wedding planned: venue, dj, caterer, flowers, photographer, cake and dress (plus everything else that comes along with a wedding). When we realized that nothing was going to go as planned we had to make some quick moves. Our dear friends offered their gorgeous back yard and orchard, the caterer helped us with an alternative and we shifted our 100+ invite list to a small, intimate group. June in Glenn County isn't always forgiving but what was supposed to be over 100 degrees dropped to 86 degrees and the day was more perfect than we could have planned. While we missed many loved ones we are so thankful for all the details and people that helped transform the day that began our journey of husband and wife.

We met in a really traditional way, match.com. Sean sent a message and after at least 24 hours Megan decided (following consulting friends) to message him back. We started with a dinner date, complete with some tough conversations and really honest questions, and quickly began spending more and more time together. From wine tasting, the gun range, comedy nights in Reno, Jamaica with friends and many other adventures we've had some great times and are looking forward to what the future holds.
