We will be providing a charter bus for wedding guests staying at the hotel. The bus will transport guests to and from the venue. The bus will depart promptly at 3:15 PM, so please be ready on time. Additional transportation details will be included in the Boyles Wedding welcome bag, available at hotel check-in. Transportation is available only for guests staying at the hotel. For guests who are not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to drive to the venue. Cars may be left overnight if needed and picked up the following day. Please note that Uber and Lyft can be limited in the area. If you plan to use a rideshare service, we strongly recommend scheduling your pickup in advance to ensure availability.
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow plenty of time for parking and to enjoy a drink before the ceremony begins.
Black tie optional! We kindly ask our guests to dress up with us. Men: Tuxedos or dark suits (black or navy) are appropriate. Women: Formal gowns or floor-length dresses in spring/summer colors are encouraged. Please visit our Dress Code tab for inspiration!
To keep our celebration more intimate, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. We have chosen to celebrate our wedding as an adult-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place outdoors, weather permitting. Mid-March in Jacksonville typically brings beautiful weather, with an average temperature of 74°F. Please keep in mind that some areas will be on grass, so we recommend wearing shoes that are comfortable for walking on soft ground.
