Ceremony
12:30 pm - 1:00 pm

There is no formal dress code required however many parts of the property are not paved so please keep this in mind when selecting your shoes.
We have hired a photographer to document the day. Please do not take pictures during the ceremony. You are free to take as many as you want during Cocktail hour and the reception. Ceremony will be outdoors with minimal seating available. Handicapped seating will be visibly marked. Please also note that vehicles can not be driven to the ceremony location however, there will be transportation provided. Last call for rides will be 12:10. It is a 10 minute walk (unpaved) from the parking lot to the ceremony location. That will path will be marked for any who choose to walk. All buildings are smoke free. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. No open alcohol containers. We will be heavily fined for every butt and bottle. Weather Contingency: Ceremony will be held indoors at Reese Dining Hall. Signs will be posted in the parking lot directing you where to go.
Cocktail Hour
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Cocktail hour will be located on the lawn behind the dining hall. There is also a shaded wrap around porch that will be accessible throughout the event.
Cocktail Hour will included some charcuterie as well as some light bites. Alcohol & non alcoholic drinks will be available. All alcoholic drinks must be in a cup.
Reception
2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The reception is inside at Reese Dining Hall.
Alcohol beverages will be provided but you are welcome to bring any you'd like. Alcohol must be consumed from cups provided.
