Sean entered the bank intending to conduct some transactions. He sat with Marlena, a personal banker and the conversation extended beyond banking to personal interests. Sean invited Marlena out for drinks and they started a friendship. Marlena invited Sean to her birthday party and they danced the night away. Later that month, Marlena moved to Charlotte, NC but the two kept a friendship that endured distance and time.
