Our favorite SLC brewery by far! (Also known as TF Brewing). They have a nice tap room and courtyard, plus they usually have a food truck parked outside. We recommend the Kellerbier, Czech Pilsner and Ferda DIPA!
The Living Room Trailhead
Steep hike with a great view of the Salt Lake Valley. ~2.5 miles, 1000ft
Ensign Peak Trailhead
Short hike with a great view of the city. ~1 miles, 375ft
Avenues Twin Peaks
Another great hike with views of Salt Lake City, the Wasatch Mountains and City Creek Canyon. ~4 miles, 1000ft
Millcreek Canyon
A short drive from Salt Lake City (~15 minutes). Many great hikes with a range of length and difficulty. At a higher elevation with more tree cover but equally spectacular views - a great place to escape the heat! Click "view" for some Millcreek canyon hike ideas.
