The sooner the better! Please RSVP no later than August 2, 2026. Due to venue occupancy limits, we will not be able to guarantee entry for anyone who has not RSVP’d by the deadline. We appreciate your understanding as we finalize our guest count. If you’re unable to attend, we completely understand — we just kindly ask that you RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
We’ll definitely miss celebrating with you, but we completely understand that life happens and plans can change! If you’re unable to attend, please update your RSVP when you can so we can plan accordingly. We truly appreciate your love and support either way! ❤️
Unfortunately, no. Due to venue capacity and planning requirements, we are only able to accommodate guests who RSVP by the deadline. We appreciate your understanding and hope to celebrate with you another time.
Due to space constraints & keeping the guests list just to those who know us well, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
While we love kids, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults and young adults–only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a well-deserved night off and celebrate with us. Thank you so much for understanding and for making arrangements.
We kindly ask that you do not call the Bride or Groom directly — especially in the weeks and days leading up to the wedding. During that time, they will be focused on final preparations and may not be able to respond in a timely manner. If you have questions, please text only one of the contacts below in the following order: Maid of Honor, Susan – 386-675-7722 Maid of Honor, Chelsea - 843-278-3760 Matron of Honor, Latasha – 843-607-2565 On the day of the ceremony and reception, please locate the Wedding Coordinator, Stephanie, at the venue. She will be happy to assist with any questions or needs. Thank you so much for helping us keep the couple stress-free and fully present for their special day! 🤍✨

Absolutely not! The hotels listed on our website are simply options that are conveniently located near the venue. Since the area is more rural, accommodations nearby are somewhat limited. If you’d prefer more variety, dining options, or activities, we encourage you to book a stay in the city. There are plenty of great hotels and things to do there! Just please keep in mind that Atlanta traffic can be heavy — travel time to the venue can easily be an hour or more depending on where you’re staying and the time of day. Be sure to plan accordingly so you don’t miss any of the celebration.
The ceremony and reception will take place at a venue that includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Please check the weather and dress accordingly — especially when it comes to footwear.
Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before the ceremony start time so you have time to park, get settled, and find your seat.

Yes! We love that you want to capture the moment. We simply ask that there are no photos during the vow exchange and no flash photography, so our photographer can capture the moment without distractions or glare.
Atlanta traffic is real 😅 Please allow extra travel time — especially if you’re coming from within or outside the perimeter. It can easily take an hour or more depending on time of day.
