We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue 15 minutes before the start time. This will ensure you have plenty of time to find your seat and settle in comfortably. To avoid disrupting the ceremony, please plan to arrive on time. When traveling, especially through New York City on a Thursday, we suggest allowing an extra 30 minutes to account for potential traffic delays.
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) with the reception to follow indoors.
Our wedding is black tie formal. For women, this means a floor-length gown or a formal cocktail dress in elegant fabrics (think satin, chiffon, or silk). For men, a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie or bow tie is appropriate. Since it’s a summer wedding, lightweight or breathable fabrics are perfectly fine to keep things comfortable while still looking polished. ✨ Important: White, ivory, and cream are reserved for the bride and are not permitted. Guests wearing these colors will be denied entry. Thank you for helping us keep the vision of our day beautiful and elegant.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Yes, convenient parking is available at our venue, with professional valet service.
Yes! We've reserved a hotel block for our guests at the Courtyard Westbury and you can find all the details on our travel page. We've also included additional hotel options to help make your stay comfortable and convenient.
For your convenience, we recommend flying into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA), both approximately 30 minutes from our venue and hotel. If you're not planning to rent a car, we suggest avoiding Newark Liberty International Airport, as it is over an hour away from our location, not accounting for potential traffic.
To RSVP, simply visit our wedding website's dedicated RSVP page and submit your response by March 1, 2026. While this helps us with our initial planning, please note that official invitations will be sent separately. If we do not receive your online response, we will consider it a decline.
To ensure we can create an intimate and meaningful celebration, we kindly request that only guests specifically named on your invitation join us. We appreciate your understanding as we curate a special day with our closest loved ones.
While we love your little ones, our celebration will be adults-only, with the exception of close family and members of the bridal party. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out to relax, dance, and celebrate with us! ✨
