We have rooms blocked for you at The Abbey resort, though you are not obligated to stay there. Please note that the entire wedding-ceremony and reception-are on property.
As early as possible! June in Lake Geneva is a really beautiful and popular place (we should know, that's why we picked it!). The sooner you reserve your place to stay, the better.
We are so grateful you are traveling to see us. Saturday evening will be the main wedding festivities, and we will have events planned throughout the weekend if you are able to make it a long weekend. The schedule tab has a tentative outline, and we will add more details as the weekend gets closer.
Attire should be formal. The ceremony is outdoor along with the cocktail hour, and the reception is in a temperature-controlled pavilion. If you want to blend with our bridal party, dress in pastels!
Our wedding and reception will be adults only-we hope you understand. If you are traveling with them for this long weekend, you can reach out to The Abbey for suggestions on local childcare options.
Your formal invitation will indicate this. You can expect those closer to wedding day.
We will populate our registry as the wedding gets closer. We ask that you avoid bringing your gifts directly to the venue and opt for shipping them when possible.
