When should I RSVP by?

Kindly respond by May 15th to ensure an accurate headcount for the event. Your timely response will assist us in managing our logistics effectively. You may RSVP via the website or by calling the number provided on the invitation. ***If we do not hear an answer by then, you will unfortunately be marked not attending***

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate your request if you submit your RSVP late. We must provide our vendors and the venue with an exact guest count by a specific date. While we will distribute reminders and invitations in advance, we kindly request that you RSVP as soon as possible.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will be greatly missed. Kindly RSVP “Regretfully Decline” if you are unable to attend. If you had previously RSVP’d as attending but are now unable to make it, please inform Sean at 732-608-4075 or Laura at 732-501-1054 as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Where is the ceremony and reception at?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club. The ceremony will take place outdoors in their wooded ceremony space, weather permitting. If inclement weather occurs, the ceremony will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will commence promptly at 5:30 p.m. Kindly arrive early to secure parking and proceed on foot to the designated ceremony space. Punctuality is highly appreciated. If you are unable to attend on time, kindly wait until the festivities begin and join the cocktail hour at 6:00 p.m.

What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony

Answer

If you find yourself running behind schedule, you will need to wait until the ceremony concludes. Should this transpire, you will still be able to participate in the festivities following the ceremony. Therefore, please remain patient, and we anticipate your presence at that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have a gift list or registry set up?

Answer

The most important aspect for us is your presence. While gifts are not mandatory from guests, any contributions to our honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. This fund can be accessed by clicking on “Disney Honeymoon” in our registry. Additionally, we have a few gifts available on Zola that allow you to purchase the gift outright or contribute to its cost.

Can I bring a plus one?

Regrettably, due to space constraints, we are unable to extend invitations to additional guests beyond the number listed on each invitation. If you have been granted a plus one, their name will be included on the invitation, and this information will be reflected in your RSVP. Should your plus one not be able to attend with you, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing an additional guest in their stead. We kindly ask that you respect our decision and refrain from surprising us with uninvited guests. Our capacity is limited to the number of guests explicitly listed on each invitation.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. **Dress Code:** Please refrain from wearing jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, tank tops, or sneakers. While men are not obligated to wear suits, they are encouraged to do so if desired. Alternatively, men may opt for dress pants or khakis paired with a button-down shirt or polo shirt. Women are permitted to wear dresses, jumpsuits, or dress pants/skirts paired with a blouse.

Please wear comfortable shoes, excluding sneakers or flip-flops. Kindly note that the ceremony area features grass and dirt terrain.

The dinner service is buffet-style, and you will be able to indicate any food allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP.

Indeed, there is complimentary parking available at the venue, which can accommodate all attendees. Parking facilities are situated on both sides of the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that you refrain from using your phone’s ringer during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking photographs. A professional photographer will be present to capture all the cherished moments, and we eagerly anticipate sharing their images with you. Prior to the commencement of the ceremony, a brief period will be designated for guests to take photographs of the bride and groom.
