Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Although the reception will take place inside, the ceremony will be semi-outdoors in a heated covered area. Please dress appropriately.
Seating will begin at 4PM and the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM. There is plenty of parking at the venue, but for those who are using the shuttle system, please see the schedule below. Also, warm up at the coffee and hot chocolate station before the ceremony!! 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
We will move indoors from 5-6 for the Cocktail Hour. The Call Bar will open along with stationed and passed Hors d'Oeuvres. The Photo Booth will also open for an hour before dinner!!
6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dinner will be served at 6:25PM and the bar will close for the first 30 minutes of dinner. Dinner will be buffet style with carved beef tenderloin, blackened chicken breast with an orange avocado salsa and roasted cod with shrimp creole salsa. These entrees will also be served with a four cheese macaroni and cheese, parmesan potatoes, and a vegetable medley. The cake will be cut after the speeches and first dance. Stay until 9:30 to enjoy a late night snack.
