The proposal
We had planned a trip to see Seattle to do some sight seeing just the two of us to get away from the chaos everyday life brings. The plan was for me to meet Sean at the airport since he was already flying that day. Little did I know he had totally forgot the ring at home, that I had NO idea was in the house and trust me I searched for it!! He had to call his older sister Shandra to go get the ring from home and bring it to him before I got there. Me being completely oblivious to anything going on I arrive at the airport to meet Sean where I guess Shandra drove right passed me and I didn't even notice. Luckily I never was the wiser so the plan was not ruined.
We asked someone passing by to take our photo, Sean had let her know he was going to ask me to marry him. She got really nervous to not mess up that he had to explain how to use an iPhone camera.
She decided she wanted to make sure this moment was captured perfectly. She asked Sean if she could take the pictures on her Nikon camera. I still had NO idea what was going on!!!
I'm standing alone for what seemed like forever, he finally comes back. We pose for the picture & he gets down on one knee and asks me to be his wife!!
I honestly had no idea this was even a possibility! That my exact words were "ARE YOU SHITTIN ME!" This lady ended up taking beautiful pictures she emailed to us that very night!
Such a kind act from a stranger! Our photos turned out amazing and our moment was captured beautifully! I guess we asked the perfect person to take just an "ordinary" photo that day!
