When Should I RSVP?

Answer

We know that planning travel for a destination wedding can take time, and we completely understand that plans may change. If you already know whether you're planning to join us or not, RSVP as soon as you are ready! We won't need a final, definite answer until closer to the wedding date. Please take the time you need & feel free to update your RSVP if plans change. We are grateful you're considering celebrating with us!

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY ROOM?

Answer

ASAP! The resort does not offer room blocks. If you are not able to secure a room at the resort, you will not be able to attend the wedding as the resort requires all guests to stay on site. Booking now will also allow you to choose from a wider range of room types: junior suite pool view, junior swim-up suite pool view, two-story rooftop terrace suite with pool, etc. Please book with our Discount/Promo Code which will make your reservation 100% refundable up until 24 hours before your arrival. $1.00 is required to reserve and secure your room and the final balance due will be auto-charged to your card 30 days before your arrival.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THIS RESORT?

Answer

Yes, to attend our wedding the resort requires all wedding guests stay a minimum of 3 nights.

DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO BOOK MY RESERVATION?

Answer

No, you only need a valid credit card. Please note that if your card expires before the final payment due in January 2027, you’ll need to update/change your payment method to avoid cancellation of your reservation.

WHAT ARE THE PREFERRED TRAVEL DATES?

Answer

We see our wedding weekend also as a vacation for you, so please join for as long as you would like. Since the resort has a 3-night minimum stay, we anticipate many guests flying in Wednesday (2/24/27) or Thursday (2/25/27) and departing Sunday (2/28/27).

HOW DO I GET TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT?

Answer

Airport transfers are included in your 3-night stay, courtesy of the resort. There will be a link in your booking confirmation email that directs you to Seasons Transfers.
