January 12th is the very LAST day! Because it is a destination wedding, everything is set on a strict schedule for planning. Plus, we want to make sure that everyone has their accommodations all set!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Due to venue capacity restrictions, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. But don’t worry, everyone will be in great company!
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. (Please no Bahama shirts!) If you have a Barong, please feel free to wear that too! We want to make sure you’re stunting for the ’gram ;)
We absolutely love children, especially our friends’ and families’! At this time, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
It will start at 6:15 pm sharp. (No Filipino time on this one!) You may arrive at the venue no earlier than 5:45 pm.
Both will take place at the Hemingway Home.
Both will be in the lush garden grounds outdoors. Tents will be used weather permitting.
Of course we would love photos shared! Although we kindly ask that there be absolutely NO photographs/videos during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this special moment, and we want to respect our uninterrupted vision. There will be signs and verbal reminders before the start of the event. After the ceremony, please snap away!
We chose our date to celebrate during the most wonderful time to be in Key West! Although we are hoping for all sunshine, being in a tropical island we may experience a chance of showers. Humid temperatures will be in a range from the mid 70s to mid 80s.
We have listed in our Travel Page accommodation options for our guests in the areas that we believe are most convenient. It is rather tight, so parking a vehicle may be challenging at times. We recommend using bikes or walking! If you decide to book a little farther out from the central location, there are rental car companies available. Also, Uber and Lyft are alternative options!
