Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Only children participating in the wedding will be in attendance. We kindly ask that all other guests enjoy a kid-free evening!

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. Guests are encouraged to wear suits, formal dresses, or other elevated evening attire. Black tie is not required.

What is the welcome party dress code?

Answer

The welcome party will be held at the hotel bar and is casual. Feel free to come as you are and wear whatever is comfortable—we’ll be coming after our rehearsal dinner and can’t wait to kick things off with everyone!

Will transportation be provided to and from the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will be provided from The Landing Hotel (Rivers Casino) and Springhill Suites to the ceremony and will return to the casino afterward.

What happens between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

Following the Catholic ceremony, there will be a gap between the ceremony and cocktail hour. Guests who choose to utilize the shuttle will be transported back to the hotel/casino to relax, refresh, or enjoy some downtime before we reconvene for cocktails and the reception.

Is there parking at the Church?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the church that accommodates approximately 40 vehicles, along with additional street parking nearby. However, we will also be providing shuttles to and from the Landing Hotel (Rivers Casino) and the Springhill Suites.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 2 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive and be seated by 1:45 PM, allowing time for the bride, groom, and wedding party to prepare for the processional.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be embracing a ‘phones in the basket’ moment during our ceremony, inspired by a tradition close to our hearts. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the event so we can be fully present.

Where can we park for the reception?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at Rivers Casino and is recommended. Guests staying in the casino room block will also have access to free valet. SpringHill Suites guests may use their hotel garage for a fee. Rideshare is also a convenient option between locations.

What are the transportation options to and from the airport?

Answer

We recommend Uber, Lyft, or taxi service for transportation to and from the airport. Feel free to reach out if you need help coordinating travel plans.
