Dinner will be enchiladas from Chuy's! They will be served buffet-style. Please include your preferences on the RSVP so we will have enough of each kind. For those with dietary restrictions, here is some info on what will be served: The Veggie Enchiladas will be Vegan The Beef Enchiladas will be Dairy Free The Chicken Enchiladas will have Dairy and a spicy sauce The Cheese Enchiladas will be Vegetarian
