If you hate crowded airports, the Sacramento Airport is a great option (SMF) to fly into from anywhere. Between Sacramento and Oakland, Oakland is less expensive and has more direct flights, but the traffic out of Oakland is worse.
Hotel recommendations in downtown Napa are the Andaz and Archer. Some hotels closer to the venue if you don't want to stay downtown or you don't want to Uber very far, are Staybridge Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton .
We've booked a hotel block at the Staybridge Suites in Fairfield, but getting an Airbnb in Napa is a great option to go in on with a couple of friends!
