When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 1st to make sure we can get all of our final food counts in to our caterer.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will not be able to accommodate anyone who is not named on the invitation.

Answer

If you have a food allergy or dietary preference please contact us. We will have a different entree option for you!

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we have a wedding registry! You can find all the details on the Registry page of our website!

Dress code?

Answer

We would love everyone to be in at least semi-formal attire. We kindly ask that you don’t wear something like jeans or a t-shirt.

Are kids allowed?

This will be a 18+ event only. Have a fun night out!

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest that you arrive around 30-40 minutes early to the ceremony. We want you all to be seated and comfortable before we start!

Can I take photos with my cell phone?

Answer

You are welcome to take photos during the reception but we do ask for no cell phones during the ceremony. Our photographer is amazing and is fully capable of capturing these moments for us. Please try to keep your cell phone put away when you see our photographer taking photos of things like the dances, we don’t want a bunch of cell phones in the background of all of our pictures!

Parking?

While are venue is downtown we are lucky enough to have found a place that has plenty of parking for everyone. You will even be able to leave your car overnight if needed!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for our recommendation. We will be staying at the embassy suites and encourage whoever needs a room to join us there!

Transportation from the hotel?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation from the hotel. Our venue has a big parking lot and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight if needed! We also highly encourage ubering since the hotel is so close to our venue.

Bringing a check?

If you kindly decide to gift us in check form please make the checks out to Sean McManaman or Emylie Roberts to avoid any issues with cashing them.
