On Saturday, we will be providing a Charter Bus for transportation from the hotel to the Venue. 3:45pm Bus Arrives at Hotel for the 1st trip (depart by 3:55) with drop off at 4:00pm to Venue 4:10pm Second Pick up (depart by 4:10) with drop off at 4:20pm After the reception, there will be several trips back to the hotel with the final trip being at 12:00am.
