Our story began long before either of us knew it would mean everything. Back in junior year of high school, fate placed us side by side in an English class. Assigned seats turned into small talk and easy laughter as we got to know one another. Just as quickly as it began, the moment passed—Sean switched classes the following week, and life carried on, unaware of the significance of that moment. Years later, destiny brought us together again at San Diego State University. A simple reconnection through the SDSU Facebook page turned into time spent together, and soon we realized that what once felt like a fleeting moment was actually the beginning of something extraordinary. A familiar face quickly became something more, and that connection grew into love. From that moment forward, our story truly began—and we’re so grateful that a high school seating chart and a college campus led us to each other.
