A very cute 60's retro café with old fashion foods.
Definitely try their 'Famous Cream Horn' and enjoy the charactered back yard and maybe bounce on the trampoline hehe.

Viv's Kitchen

A large park with rose gardens, BBQs, aviaries & a paddling pool plus an expensive cafe & miniature railway (definitely recommend the train ride). Its right next to the Manawatu river so you could also have a walk there.

Victoria Esplanade

Not the prettiest cafe but the food is amazing and reasonably priced.

Tenpin Bowling is always a great time to spend with others (unless your losing).
