We love your tiny humans! But for this celebration, we're keeping it adults-only (21+) so everyone can relax, sip, dance, and enjoy the night kid-free.

Where can I stay?

Answer

There are rooms on site at the Castello which will be organized by the bride and groom that can hold guests. Rooms will be based on RSVPs. Bride and groom are prioritizing guests to stay on site to make it easier to attend all events! If you'd like to stay offsite please visit travel section for additional hotel options and let the couple know. :) Kindly note that the stay at the Castello are for guests only. What is the price to stay at the Castello and additional details for the stay?

Answer

If you're staying at the Castello (yay!) you will be onsite of where all the activities will be! As we are renting the space out stay starts 7/28/26 and end 7/30/26. Below are pricing details, check-in/check-out times, reception hours, etc. Room Prices for Castello and Foresteria - Pay at Check-Out: • Double room per night is 120 euro + vat 10% breakfast included • Single room per night is 80 euro + vat 10% breakfast included *Extra adult in the room 50 euro per night breakfast included Castello di Rosciano Accommodations: • Guests Check-in: After 2:30 PM • Breakfast: 8:30–10:30 AM • Check-out: By 10:00 AM • Reception Opens 7:30 AM and Closes 7.00 PM • WiFi: Available in most rooms • Rooms include: Towels, linens, soap/shampoo and a hairdryer • Credit card payments are accepted for amounts €80+ • A/C available in rooms • Pool on site

Welcome dinner attire: cocktail dress for night one.

What's the attire for wedding?

Answer

Wedding attire: vibrant formal - think elegant silhouettes with bold colors such as jewel tones (emerald, sapphire, yellow, magenta). Ceremony will be outside on grass with reception to follow in courtyard. Bring your dancing shoes as the evening will continue indoors starting at midnight!

Do I need a passport or visa?

Answer

Yes - passports are required! Most guests won’t need a visa for Italy, but double-check your expiration date (many countries require at least 6 months of validity).* *Passports will be needed to stay at the castle

When should I book flights?

Answer

Earlier is better! International fares can fluctuate, so we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance for the best options.

What's the weather like?

Answer

Expect warm–hot weather during the day (think light, summery clothes) and cooler evenings (a light layer or wrap could come in handy). Historically the days are in the high 80s with the evenings cooling off into the 60s.

Is there A/C and pool at the Castello for guests?

Yes to both! Each room in the Castello has A/C and there's a pool for you to enjoy.

Is there a room block for Rome before the wedding?

Answer

If you're in Rome prior to the wedding we do not have a room block. You may find recommended hotel options from our travel agent Emily under 'Travel' section.
