COVID and other FAQs

We don't know what's ahead, but the health and safety of all of our family and friends is our top priority. We will update this site when we have new/more information. If you have any other concerns or questions please reach out to us or to one of our wedding party.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

May 17th 2021. If you do not RSVP by this date, please bring your own chair and a sandwich. =)

Question

I texted/called/told you I was/wasn't coming. Is that good enough?

Answer

Nope. RSVP on this site. It's very easy. Type your name, say yes (or no), pick your food. You're done.

Question

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Most likely. We don't know what June is going to look like, but please plan on wearing a mask.

Question

Do I need to quarantine/get tested before attending the wedding?

Answer

Limiting your exposure to others for 2 weeks before traveling is a good idea no matter what. We don't know what June is going to look like. We also have not heard from our venue about what their expectations for wedding guests are. We will update this page once we know more.

Question

I don't feel comfortable attending a wedding right now.

Answer

We don't blame you. We don't feel entirely comfortable having a wedding right now to be honest. Just because we're stuck between a rock and a hard place doesn't mean you have to be. If you do not feel comfortable attending our wedding, please don't come. You were invited because you are important to us and that is not going to change because you don't attend our wedding. Things have changed a lot since we first planned this day. We get it. It's fine. We still love you.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 5:00pm. Our ceremony will begin at 5:30pm promptly. Please do not arrive earlier than 5:00pm as we will be still in the process of setting up.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire please. Ladies, that means cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or slacks, a jacket and optional tie. Gentlemen, that means slacks, a jacket and optional tie, cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. No jeans please. Masks need not match, but please wear a mask. We will be having an outdoor ceremony and it is June in NJ. Please dress for the weather.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless the invitation you received has a +1 or your partner's name, we ask you to come celebrate with us on your own.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue has a valet parking to fit as many cars in as possible. Please have a couple of dollars in your pocket for a tip for the valet.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course. Please make sure to tell us when you RSVP.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Not sure yet. We'll update as soon as we know.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Right here on Zola! Check out the "registry" tab.
