Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Bridesmaids will be in long brown and green dresses, and Groomsmen will be in black tuxes. Fall colors are encouraged.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please check the travel section of this site. We have a room block available at The Graylyn Estate. Our ceremony and reception will take place at The Graylyn Estate. If you have any issues booking a room, please email us at kampemccreightwedding@gmail.com. If you prefer to stay offsite, we recommend the Courtyard by Marriott Winston-Salem Downtown. However, transportation will not be provided between the Courtyard and The Graylyn Estate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our special day adults-only.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Because we are hosting our ceremony and reception at The Graylyn Estate, we will not be providing transportation to and from the Courtyard Marriott. Ubers and taxis are available in the area if you choose to stay offsite, but please note they may be limited.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a Rehearsal Dinner on Friday evening for our immediate family and the wedding party. Immediately following, all guests are invited to our welcome party at Footnote Coffee and Cocktails.
