Been lucky enough to call this girl my best friend since all the way back to middle school. The same middle school where I had a crush on Sean and would spend endless hours venting to Sam about. Sam has always been a shoulder to lean on and after all these years, I can't believe I'm lucky enough to not only call her my best friend, but my bridesmaid!

Enough couldn’t be said for what this man has done to shape the course of my life! A True Big Brother! In a very literal way, but in an even more figurative way. I look up to this man more than a kid looks up to his big brother. He showed me how to be a rock in the storm, he showed me to be grounded and to understand how the circumstances that life throws at you are only as damaging to yourself as you let them be. A true role model! He also let me borrow his car one evening so I could get to lacrosse practice in high school a year before I had a learner’s permit. I mean, he was supposed to drive me.. still can’t remember where he was... Anyhow, when I think of this guy, I think of Best Man, because he showed me what a Best Man was and how to be a Best Man to others. Thanks bro!

He’s saved my life a couple times… I’ve saved his life a couple times.. neither of us are counting and most of these instances only one of us can remember at a time, but we don’t need to get into that right now. Lol... This groomsman was right there by my side through many of life’s ‘learned moments’, I mean how could he not have been he was my college roommate sophomore thru senior year (law of averages). Met him on the Roger Williams lacrosse field Freshman year, a couple of construction nerds trying out for the big leagues, or that’s what we thought until we truly understood what college was for ;-).. In all seriousness, he taught me a lot of things, how to be focused, how to be dedicated, how to be goal driven and how to be fun but responsible. I admire you for that sir, thanks man!

What more can you say, he showed Brigitte a true example of a good man, a generous man, and a caring man. An example that I constantly try to live up to, I hope (one day) successfully! He’s me… or at least the me that I hope I am. My cousin Mike. He’s the first guy I texted when Brigitte and I became a “thing”, he's known Brig since high school… He knew this day would come looong before either of us did, and that my friends is why, he’s marrying us! The text was sent on a cloudy evening from my couch, after which he promptly replied “I’ll call soon”. (Phone rings..) “Whaaaaat dude, it’s about damn time! That’s awesome I’m so happy for you guys, sorry I gotta run tho, I was flying a plane for the Coast Guard, I landed for a second and they want me back up in the air.”. Did he land the plane just to give me a call or was it scheduled? Hard to say.. But there is one thing I know for sure. He truly knows how much better Brig and I are together. Thank you sir!
