A dating app brought us together, if you can imagine that. On April 22nd, 2016 we met in person for the first time, deciding to go to downtown Lockport, since it was about halfway between our two houses. We met on a sidewalk, shook hands, then spent hours together that evening, walking up and down the I&M canal. We talked about anything and everything, forging a solid connection by the end of the night. We became best friends that summer and our friendship only strengthened over the year. On February 18th, 2017 we decided that we wanted to take our friendship to another level. We have grown together for years, but have remained best friends through it all. We wanted to thank you all for being a part of our growth over these last four and a half years. We are so excited to celebrate our love and this next chapter of our lives with you!

I had recently departed a previous business engagement, and was scouting out opportunities by exploring a new market for potential. I had been persuaded by some colleagues to use an online medium which would pair prospective entrepreneurs with one another to discuss their desired goals and ambitions. I came across Bethany's profile in the spring of 2016, and reached out to her regarding whether she would like to meet. She obliged, and we arranged a meeting in Lockport to reduce travel stresses for the two parties. Upon parking, I walked up to where she was standing and we firmly shook hands in introduction, just as any self-respecting professionals should. We discussed a vast number of topics that evening and watched a distant lightning storm as the night waned. We agreed we would like to meet the other again soon, and as the year grew long, so too did our number of meetings. In early 2017, we decided to enter an exclusive contract as business partners. Over these past four and a half years our venture has been incredibly rewarding and the return on investment has been immense for both parties. As such, we would like to invite all of you to the announcement of our merger! The two formerly independent corporate entities, Bethany Timm and Sean Leahy will now be one enterprise: BEAN LIMMY. We're really excited about the possibilities this offers us in the way of finances, singular taxing domicile, and reduced overhead expense for Bethany and I, as well as those it offers you by providing you greater convenience in communication and access to the previously separate services you enjoyed from Bethany and I. Now I know you're probably asking yourself, "They're announcing a merger, are they also announcing an IPO?" The answer to that question: Yes. Shares in our future can be purchased in the registry, and we are greatly appreciative of all and every contribution to help us in the early stages of this new development.
