In September 2022, Ashleigh was new to CrossFit when she faced the rope climb for the first time. Unsure how to make any progress, she gave it her best — and caught Sean’s eye from across the gym. He walked over, offered a few tips, and with his expert guidance, helped her climb all the way to the top. When she looked down and asked, “Okay, now how do I get down?” neither of them could have guessed it was the beginning of something much bigger. A few coffee dates, an Avalanche game, and countless long walks along the Plum Creek Trail later, they both knew this was forever. Today, they live happily in Castle Rock, Colorado, with their three beloved dogs — Sherlock, Twig, and Watson. Sean and Ashleigh love evening walks with the pups, popsicles on the porch, concerts at Red Rocks, rounds of golf, quality time with their close circle of family and friends, and continuing to challenge each other in the gym. They can't wait to spend the rest of their lives together — and are so excited to celebrate their love story with you!
