All rooms at the TownePlace Suites are open lay-out with 1 queen size bed, sofa sleeper and full kitchen. 514 Studios does not have their own parking lot/ramp. There is street parking (pay by the hour) located in the neighborhood, along with many parking ramps (roughly $5-8). If you are staying at a local hotel I would suggest taking a Lyft or Uber ride to 514 Studios. The Hewing Hotel and Towneplace Suites are both within walking distance and provide parking ($ per night) for their guests.
