As much as we love all of your little ones, our wedding is primarily for adults. Unless otherwise indicated on your invitation, please leave the little ones at home with a trusted adult and come prepared to let loose! *There will be a few exceptions for immediate family and those who are part of our wedding party.
We would love to see our friends and family dressed in cocktail attire! Please note that it is Florida in August, so the likelihood is that it will be very hot and humid outside. Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors, however, our cocktail hour will be half inside/half outside; please keep this in mind when choosing your outfits.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. We kindly request that you arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you have comfortably found your seat before our big day begins!
As our wedding is taking place at a separate event space, we will not have a hotel block available. However, in the Travel section of our website we have listed some good options for you to consider when looking for a place to stay!
Sean and I will be celebrating our hearts out until 10pm! Everyone is welcome to party with us until the venue kicks us out. We will have a "false exit" after all the big dances, toasts, and food to get good pictures before the night gets too crazy. At that time, the dance floor and music choices will not be as family friendly, and any one who is feeling partied out can decide they are done early with no hard feelings.
We kindly ask that cell phones are put away during our ceremony. We want you all to be as much in this moment with us as you can, but trust that our photographer will capture the most beautiful moments. During the cocktail hour and reception, you are welcome to take all the pictures you please.
If you know you will be unable to attend ahead of time, please let us know and RSVP "Unable to Attend" as soon as possible. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and plans need to change last minute. If you RSVP that you will attend and something comes up that changes your plans, we kindly ask that let us know so we can adjust our numbers and plan accordingly.
We will be serving "heavy hors d'oeuvres" throughout the evening instead of a formal dinner. There will be plenty of vegetarian and meat options, and we promise you won't leave hungry. We will also be providing an open bar! with both alcoholic and mocktail options! So come prepared to have a good time...the drinks are on us, but the hangover (or sugarrush) is on you!
The Sanctuary has some limited parking on site. There will also be parking available at a nearby church that is a quick walk from our venue. Keep in mind that we will be having an open bar, so carpooling, Lyft and Ubers are great options!
