We want everyone to look their best for this special moment! Formal attire is requested. *Insert polite "please don't wear white" request here*
Indeed it is. At least, with regards to young children it is. We put a lot of thought into this since we do have some family and friends with young children. Given that we will be having an open bar and a later start time, we've decided the most appropriate thing is for us to make this an adults only event. As much as we both adore children, we would like to celebrate this day with you all without having to worry about small kiddos having to fight their way through the ceremony or speeches and the general lack of play area to enjoy themselves. Respectfully, this does not apply to the teenagers, nor my darling little sister, that are directly involved in the wedding (aka Macs, Zo, & Rosie).
The plan is to have multiple choices with open options to accommodate many different dietary needs and preferences. Neither of us is too keen to dictate what you get to eat for dinner. Nor do we expect you to know months in advance what you'll be in the mood for on our wedding day! We are working to pick out some truly delicious hors d'oeuvres, dinner choices, and even a yummy late-night-snack for after you work up an appetite on the dancefloor! Please let us know as soon as you can of any allergies so that we can make sure everyone has a safe and amazing time!
We will add more helpful info as we get questions along the way :)
