Sean and Kristen met through her friend Lauren their first year in college. Lauren and Kristen were talking via Skype, and Sean walked into Lauren's room. From that moment when we saw each other, we instantly had a crush, but since we lived across country from each other, we just remained friends. Our friendship lasted over the years, and in 2013 we finally got to go on a date. The rest is history!

Sean's friend Melissa asked Kristen to spend a Saturday taking some pictures, because she was in town and Sean had a baseball tournament. Friday night, Sean said his tournament got canceled so he could join. We started off with lunch in Coronado, took some pictures there, and then headed to Balboa Park. There, we wandered all over snapping pics, and ended up in the Japanese Garden. Sean got down on a knee while Melissa was taking pictures, and of course Kristen said yes! To top it off, Sean said to turn around, and Kristen's parents were up on the hillside watching. The most magical day!
