Sean and I met December 14. Im not a date kind of person but Sean reminds me every December. Our first date was spent driving around snowy, Grand Forks, North Dakota. I had to work early the next morning but every time we came close to my apartment I would asking him to keep driving. We talked about life, how we got to where we were, and laughed about everything. That's the first thing I loved about him, was the way he made me laugh. Well several years later, here we are getting married and he still keeps me laughing everyday.
It was the Friday before Labor day, Sean and I both took the day off. It was an absolutely beautiful day and so we started the day off by golfing 18. I kicked his butt, but little did I know he had much more on his mind than golf. Later, we made our way to a few of our favorite Happy Hour Patios, we ate, drank, and laughed. I suggested going down to the Stone Arch Bridge in Minneapolis and he thought that was a fabulous way to wrap up our date day. Once we got to the mid way point on the bridge, Sean turned to me and got down on one knee and presented me with the most beautiful ring. It was a perfect moment.
