Can I bring my child(ren)?

While we love and adore your children, our wedding will be an adults only event.

What time can I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive no earlier than thirty minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM, so arrival begins at 5:30 PM.

What is the dress code for the evening?

Answer

We would love everyone to be dressed to impress! Our wedding is a formal event—Black-Tie Optional.

Please check your invitation for specific information on additional guests. All guests included will be indicated on the invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! On-site parking is available at the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have transportation to and from our hotel block. First Bus leaves at 5:10 from the Bellyard Hotel Second Bus leaves at 5:20 from the Bellyard Hotel Last Bus leaves at 5:40 from the Bellyard Hotel Return trips back to the Bellyard start at 9:30.
