Sean and Linnea met at the Newman Center at OSU by chance. After introducing themselves, they talked about their common interests until Linnea asked Sean to join her for lunch. Afterwards, Sean let Linnea borrow his rosary for holy hour, and since that day they have spent nearly every day together.

Sean woke up on November 1st and decided it was the day. After Mass at noon, Sean suggested they go for a walk through the park, since they were walking back to his townhouse anyways. Once they reached the canopy of trees, fully red and orange with fallen leaves covering the ground, Sean knelt down and proposed there on the sidewalk. Linnea was completely surprised and left speechless. After a short pause --time for Linnea's brain to catch up-- she enthusiastically said yes. Then the happy tears came, followed by a tight embrace.
